Capital One, Content Detective App
Capital One, a Fortune 500 financial services client, partnered with SingleStone Consulting to design and build a new tool aimed at curating thousands of pieces of healthy content within their new enterprise wide learning entity.
As the lead product design consultant, I designed a set of UI features to include a search tool that allows users to find content by keyword or tag and visual data graphics that showcase unhealthy content categories within a quick glance.
The powerful new app, built in just five months, is able to analyze 30,679 pieces of content within one minute, saving an estimate of 511 hours that was spent manually checking for broken links and retired content owners.
Tools & Platforms
JIRA: was our project management tool, used to track the progress of our stories
Slack: used as a daily communications tool for the development and design team
Sketch: was used to create all wireframes, draft product designs and prototypes
Zeplin: was used to generates code snippets, design specs, and assets for the development team
InVision: was essential for sharing out clickable product prototypes to key stakeholders and during user interviews
Adobe Illustrator: was used to illustrate all custom iconography
Adobe InDesign: to design and produce communication materials to educate key stakeholders about the product
