Erin currently serves as a Senior Manager of Product Design for Carmax, the nation’s largest retailer of used cars with more than 200 stores nationwide. Her core focus area has been to manage all design efforts for customer facing finance experiences across CarMax.com and the CarMax native app. She has also lead all redesign efforts for the CarMax Auto Finance website, which serves over 1.2 million customers.

Prior to Carmax, Erin led award winning design efforts for brands such as Capital One, Dominion Energy, Swedish Match, Barnes & Noble College Booksellers, Snagajob and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (see partial client list below). She is a graduate of the Communication Arts & Design Program at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she taught several design courses as an adjunct faculty member and continues to guest lecture there today.

Driven by her passion for community service, Erin has contributed as an educator, board member, and volunteer across numerous organizations—from the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and Virginia Commonwealth University to FeedMore, Freedom House of Greater Richmond, Junior Achievement, and Sports Backers.
